Are you kidding me boob??

I don't even know how long its been now since I was in the hospital for my mastitis or long it's been since I pumped/bf'd....weeks at least. The ob stuck a needle in and drained it I want to say a few weeks ago and it came back, red lump. Well he told me that I just had to wait for the milk to totally reabsorb and it would go away. I called last week because we were about to go out of town and it was hurting again and looked a little worse again....got back last night, there is now a white splotch on top of the big red bump! It literally looks like a big splotch of milk or something, but its part of my boob. Now I have to go back again. Are you kidding me? I already had to give up breastfeeding....can't this sh*t just be done already??
