I am 40 and my husband is 45. We had a daughter in 2006. I have suffered two miscarriages in the last year and a half. I just went to the RE last week for initial testing. My husband is on hormone therapy for low testosterone and has possible motility issues. We are waiting for his recent SA to come back. I was just informed with our online health care account that my AMH is 0.16. I have appointment with the doctor next week. Anyone have an AMH come back like this and what were you told?

    Welcome. I'm sorry for your losses. My AMH was 0.7 Oct 2011. I don't know about your number. Do you ovulate? Are you working with an RE? There is a lot they can do to try and help us older ladies I'm almost 39. Good luck.

    Thanks.  OPKs and FF show that I have a surge and a temp drop so it appears that I ovulate.  I just had my first appointment at a fertility clinic last week so I am in the initial stages of testing and was just suprised at the lowness of that number though I shouldn't be given my age.

    The Dr can advise. You may have to move on to advanced things like IVF quicker. I wish you good luck.
