For the last week or so, my belly is rock hard when I wake up. It doesn't really hurt just really uncomfortable as the weight shifts when I get up. It actually makes getting up really hard and my SO has had to help me the last few days. It has even happened a couple of times when I take a nap.
Once I pee and move around for a few minutes it loosens and goes back to normal. I am sleeping on my left side or reclined in a recliner (bad acid reflux nights).
Does this happen to anyone else? Any suggestions?

The full bladder could definitely have something to do with it. I contract a lot and every time I leave a non stress test they tell me to make sure I am staying really well hydrated and emptying my bladder or it will make it worse.
Yep. And mine is because LO is positioned that way. It's usually when I wake up in the morning. My belly is misshaped and hard on one side, where he's been laying while I/we sleep. It goes away when he moves to another spot in my belly. It happens during the day too, at different times, as he changes positions.
