Peg Perego Primo Viaggio Infant Seat

I registered for this infant seat and received an email that this product was going to be discontinued.  Anyone else register for this?  If so, what other seat are you considering?  I am nervous to go ahead and just buy if it is considered outdated and I haven't seen if they are planning to replace this seat.

    I registered for it.  I went in to BuyBuyBaby and they said that they may not have it at the store, but they have tons of them circulating.  I am due at the end of February, so I am just going to wait and see if I get it as a gift, and then purchase it.  I ordered the grey polka dot pattern.  It may just be the pattern.

    I'm happy to let you know that the Primo Viaggio SIP 30-30 is NOT being discontinued. If you do not mind, can you let me know which retailer sent you the email stating it would be.

    In some instances, we do discontinue a particular color collection. This may be the case, but we'd like to make sure there is no further confusion.
