I am 19 weeks today and though my belly has grown a little bit, no one can tell I'm pregnant, including me some days. My belly seems to flucatuate in size as well from day to day, which is probably normal at this stage. I am 5'10 and have a really long torso...anyone else in the same postion? I can't wait to have a bump!
Re: anyone else with a long torso not showing?
Im 5'8" with a long torso. I didnt show till about 14-15 weeks, but Im having twins and we tend to measure 4-5w ahead, so at 15 weeks, I would be measuring 20w.
Now at almost 19 weeks, im pretty round in the belly, lol. Actually, Im pretty obnoxious in the belly. But not much on the scale, just a couple of pounds.
I think those of us with long torsos have more room?

I figured there's probably more more there, I just want to make sure baby is growing and healthy
I guess we will find out at the a/s next week, though baby looked good at our elextive u/s at 18 weeks. Thanks ladies!
my happy boy
I'm 5'2 and I have a very short torso and long legs for my height but I also don't have much of a bump showing so I'm in a similar position with not really showing much, just not the same reason. I'm on my fourth pregnancy this far along but I guess it's just not time to pop out. Our time will probably come.
EDIT I know people with short torsos tend to show early but I think it isn't only about that. (or clearly I would be showing) I am over 20 weeks and my body has done this a few times already. I work with a couple girls who are taller with longer torsos and they were showing earlier.
This makes me feel better, thank you
I know every body takes pregnancy differently, I am just most concerned that the baby is growing and healthy. I figure I have the second half of my pregnancy to get bigger, but I am glad someone else can relate.
I am 5'10'' too, and while I think I am finally starting to show, the rest of the world doesn't seem to see it until I point it out, at which point they say things like "Oh, yes, you DO have a tiny bump there!" in what I interpret to be a rather placating tone of voice. Maybe if I wore more spandex jumpsuits it would be a more impressive looking bump...
Like you, I vary in my looking-pregnant-ness throughout and depending on the day. I still have a whole bunch of my regular clothes in rotation, though the pants are definitely out at this point! I do not think it will be too much longer before it will be obvious for us long-torsoed tall folk. (And then, once we get giant bumps, we will be more likely to tip over due to our higher center of gravity. We will be the SUVs of the pregnant world.)

haha, this made me laugh
I am 5'7" and I was ranking in on the BMI chart as overweight to begin with. I haven't gained all that much weight. I am trying to watch what I eat so I don't get even bigger. I know its very unhealthy. I am not 21 weeks going by my LMP. At my AS a few weeks ago... they said I was measuring about a week behind. So I have no clue what stage I am at other than confusion. I seen a girl that is a week behind me the other day that is having a boy. She had a nice sized baby bump. I just feel fat. I am carrying a girl, which I have heard that you carry differently and in different parts of your abd when you have a girl. I have told everyone that I just don't feel pregnant... I just feel fat! I work in a physician's office and get the liberty to wear scrubs... so most people cant tell I am pregnant because they are lose fitting. I am pretty glad of that actually.
