Hi Ladies!

I know it's been awhile, but I figured it's time for a, not so exciting update in trying to build a family.

Aug - FET #3 = BFN
Nov - Both of our Foster DD's left our home, we were especially devastated over baby bella, as she was originally adoptable and our hearts were ripped out
Nov - HSG & Sono = Clear Ute and jumped right into a natural FET cycle
Dec - FET #4 = BFFN

Since my last BFN, 1.5 weeks ago, Dh will have a sperm fragmentation test done, hopefully within in the next 2 weeks and we will transfer our last 2 frozen embryos (FET #5) next month.  Per the results of the frag test, DS is an option for us, if we need to move forward with our very last fresh cycle (IVF #4).

As far as our Foster/Adoption journey - in a nutshell, it has sucked!  Over the past year we have inquired around 30+ children and only 1 agency has called us to meet us in person and that fell through.  Foster care has been a horrible experience, filled with lies, petty BS, being asked to do things we didn't sign up for, trusted people turning their backs on us and devastation that I never knew existed.  Even though our hearts and minds told us to close the door on this road...we did re-certify for 1 more year in hopes that the perfect situation will cross our path.

So that's about it, thanks for reading ladies.  I hope to be more active on this board then I have been over the last few months, the FB page has been very convenient, but I do miss it over here.

To finalize on a happy note, at least Dh and I have a vacation to look forward to in 2 weeks. :)

July = Unofficially Adopting T (10 yr old boy)

    Hi Bella - Glad to see you again and I am so sorry for the heartache you have been going through. I often wondered how you and your H could be so strong to do the foster route (DH and I discussed it and I said absolutely not - I couldn't take the heartbreak). I marvel at your braveness and determination.

    We are always here for a big hug and a shoulder to cry on or an ear to vent to.

    I hope you have a great vacation and prayers that your next FET is a successful one.

    DH on Clomid / Arimidex to address hormonal issues - Sperm found July 2011!
    IVF #1 September 2011 - ER 9/8/2011- 8R, 5M - icsi - 1 made it to transfer - BFFN :-(
    IVF #2 Lucky November 2011 - ER 11/25/2011 - 15 eggs!, 13 mature, 10 fertilized with isci - 7 made it to transfer! Transferred 1 - 8 cell and 2 - 7 cell. BFP!!!!
    1st U/S - Twins! 2nd U/S - 3 heartbeats!!! - HOLY COW!!!

    2 babies born on 3/27/12 and lost. Last baby born on 3/29/12 and lost at 20 weeks.
    My angels grew wings shortly after birth.

    IVF #3 July 2012 - ER 7/17/2012 - 10 R. 5 F. 4 made it to ET
    Transferred 2 on 7/20/2012 no snow babies :-(
    Beta on 7/31/2012 = BFMFN
    A miracle gift expected to come to us through adoption around 9/2012
    Baby girl adopted - Birth Mother changed her mind and took the baby back
    IVF #4 October 2012 - New RE. Doing PGD Testing. 8 R, 7F, 2 made it to 5 day blast for PDG testing. Both Normal (Thank you G-d!!!) 1 boy and 1 girl
    transferred one beautiful 5day blast (girl)
    Please G-d the almighty one - let this be our take home baby!
    Beta #1 158, Beta #2 318, 1 Absolutely magnificent HB at 175! Thank you G-d!!!
    Baby Girl born August 5th. Thank you G-d for our precious miracle.

    Bella - it is good to see you around these parts but so sorry for the events of 2012. You have really been dealt a tough year and you are so incredibly strong to keep on going.

    Multiple ectopics, 2 failed IVF's
    IVF #1: Did not get to ET, embies all failed PGD (major chromosomal defects)
    IVF #2: We have 2 chromosomally perfect embies as a result of PGD (Boy/Girl) 1 failed the thaw (Girl) Transferred 1, yet ended as a c/p
    Thought it was the end of our TTC Journey 6/20/2012
    SHOCK BFP 9/28/2012: IT'S A BOY! and everything is normal !!!!!!

    Little A born 38w 2d on 05/23/13 and is a true miracle for this IF Vet!

    Bella - I am so sorry about your heartache with your foster care and you failed FET.  IF is so so cruel.   Best wishes on #5 and have a nice vacation.

    I was just thinking about you today for some reason and was wondering when your vacation is. So glad you guys have this trip to look forward to!!
    2/11 Diagnosis: DOR-AMH .62, LPD and MFI-4% Morph
    IVF #1-July 2011 7/9/11-Started Stims
    7/20/11-ER:No eggs in 4/5 follicles. Left the 5th follie intact and converted to an IUI
    8/3/11-Beta #1=BFN,
    Nov, 2011 BFP #1=m/c at 7 wks 3 days
