back pain and stomach cramps

At what point do you become concerned? I am incredibly uncomfortable.

    The back pain has been pretty constant. I slept for a few hours, and when I woke up, it was back. I feel like every time I move, I have a BH.

    It's so hard for me to sleep at night due to this, if I lay on my left then I will have pain on my whole left side. If I lay on my right for to long I have pain on my right and hard to move. My back always hurts, but yet it's the most comfortable position I keep waking myself up to being in, although I know I shouldn't be.
