pad for car seat (accidents)

DD still has occasional accidents in the car if she happens to fall asleep. Is there an insert other than the narrow Diono one for this? Her car seat cover is a major pain in the butt to take off, and with three across, uninstalling her car seat every time is a lot of work.

    we use shammies...like the things for drying cars off (like a Sham-wow)

    We put a pull up or diaper on DD2 for long car rides. Other than that, we just always take a bathroom break before leaving the house.
