If I would have just listened to my RE! (BFP!)

So from the beginning he told me he thinks my best bet would be to use injectables. I wanted to take it really slow so we started with clomid and then femara.  Well low and behold after our first cycle of gonal F and IUI, I got my BFP.  I  I have been getting decent lines for the past few days.  My beta today came back at 118 at 14dpo.  

I am cautious as I know that anything can happen but so happy to finally get a positive test after a year and a half of trying and thinking this wasn't possible.

If you guys don't mind I would love to hang out here for a bit more.  You have been so helpful and frankly I am just not ready to leave!
