baby fell...but is ok

My 7 week old was buckled in his bouncy while we were about to eat dinner. Dh set him down on our low coffee table and it fell off. It is about 10 inches off the ground over an area rug. He knows better, but thought it was sturdy for some reason. Dh is a great dad and I know he would never intentionally hurt him. We called the Dr immediately and they said he was fine if he never lost consciousness or vomiting. I was so relieved, but that was scary. Never place bouncys or car seats on a table, even a low one! 

Later he said he saw the way it fell. The bouncy fell to the side and then rolled over, so he didn't directly fall on his head, thank goodness.

    I'm sure that was scary and I bet your husband felt horrible! Try not to worry about it too much though and just consider a lesson well learned!
