Hi there! I was reading your post about new years resolutions and you mentioned a detox. I am looking for a good detox to start off the new year, do you mind giving me info? I am still trying to lose baby weight and need a "kick start"

I got it from the Dr. Oz website hope this link helps, if not, google Dr. Oz 3 day detox. The drinks were actually pretty good...and filling! Fairly inexpensive. I was impressed with the results. Five pound loss and my skin cleared up (had a mild breakout when I started it)
