Using graco stroller frame with chicco car seat?

We already have a graco stroller frame.  We have registered for a chicco car seat.  Does anyone know if the seat and frame will work together?

    No they do not. Chicco seats are designed very differently on the bottom than Graco seats so they are not interchangeable with any piece of baby gear. For what its worth I loved the Chicco seat I bought over the Graco one my cousin gave us.
