1st Birthday party event rooms- souther tier Bing area

DDs first birthday is approaching (D':) Any suggestions of restaraunts or event rooms that would be a good place to hold a small party? Southern Tier; Binghamton area.

    My daughter's first birthday is approaching too.  Try TR Events on upper front st. They have a room with bounce houses if you are inviting other kids and a food room.  There are some restrictions, but I emailed and got the info I needed. Best of Luck!
