I've got most of it planned out surprisingly. Last week was so busy we ended up getting takeout a few to many times. I want to get back on track this week.
Monday- stuffed peppers, roasted veggies
Tuesday- crockpot roast beef with potatoes and carrots, asparagus
Wednesday- sausage and tortellini soup, crusty bread
Thursday- penne with vodka sauce, turkey meatballs, garlic bread, salad
I can finally play! I decided that my new years resolution would be to be a better meal planner. I sat down yesterday with all my cookbooks and planned a month and a half of dinners. I even entered this weeks recipes into weight watchers.
so:
Monday: Red hot beef with cashews and rice
Tuesday: Sweet and Spicy Chicken with fingerling potatoes and squash
