Bottle warmer

Hi everyone. I use the refrigerated formula and  so I need to warm the bottle. I bought the dr browns bottle warmer and I hated it.   It seems to take forever - almost 5 min- to heat it up.

Does anyone use a different warmer or have a better solution?  Thanks

Re: Bottle warmer

  • We use the munchkin green and white one and it seems pretty quick, maybe 1.5 minutes.  My only complaint is that something is reacting with the water to make it turn brown and smell sweet(weird!) but that might just be our water or it might be the materials of the warmer.
  • We use the Beaba Bib'Secondes. It's on the pricey side, but it works so well we bought a second one for upstairs. It's very quick and the bottles are always the right temp. It makes the early morning feeds a little easier!

  • This is probably really weird but I use my Keurig machine to make hot water. I leave it on and when I need it I just press the brew button (after taking out the k cup) and then I put the bottle in there for a minute. Or longer if I need it warmer. It works for me!

  • Hi

I like the idea of the keurig, but Im not sure what you mean. You make hot water with it and then what do you do with the bottle?

  • I fill a big coffee cup with hot water from the tap. By the time LO's diaper gets changed the bottle is warm.

  • The bottle warmer was one of those things that I realized wasn't really necessary. Both DD and DS will drink the bottle cold with no problems. It was either listen to a newborn shriek for minutes waiting for the bottle to warm, or get them their food ASAP. In the middle of the night, it was a no brainer.

I thought I was the only weird one that did this!
