Ok so I had an IUD and got it taken out in Aug 2012 (not with the intention of TTC)...my first cycle was 35 days, next was 31 then it was 38...so to avg it out....we said that I have a 35 day cycle...but I am just now getting watery discharge one of the signs of O'in and Im on CD 23...Im not sure what to think since I have never charted or really paid attention to my body in terms of O'ing. I only found out I was preggo with my other two kids after I missed my period but didnt really think anything of it until then so my signs seemed like menstrual which I know is normal (they were not planned btw)...but is it possible that I can O late??? Do I seem irregular? I use to start AF the beginning of the month but the first was at the end, second was beginning and the last was mid month? Thanks in advance!

Re: Is it possible???
I think this is the first post I've ever read that actually gave me a headache to read.
Yes, it is possible to O later in your cycle. The latest I've O'd was CD19, but there are ladies on the board that haven't O'd until CD 30 or later.

Gave you a headache? All the numbers? What is your cycle length? I started charting only a week ago so that probably wont help me this month.?? My "projected" start day is anywhere from 12th-14th of Jan sooo it would just be nice to know if that is the day Im suppose to go by to test.

Yes it is possible. I highly recommend you get a BBT and start temping. You may have ovulated already, or you may not have. At least though you will get into the habit of temping.
I have O'd as late as CD 27, and my 2nd cycle temping and charting signs, I don't think I O'd at all. Try using OPK's as well.
As far as testing, wait until the day after your longest cycle, if AF doesn't show before then. Also, if you haven't checked out the FF charting course, I highly recommend that as well.
GL!
If your cycles vary in length from 31-38 days your "average" cycle length is meaningless. You don't know the length of your luteal phase, which is the number of days between ovulation and your period.
For example, if you do O on CD 23 and this months cycle is 35 days, you would have a 12 day LP which is completely normal.
Without charting your temps though your "predicted" AF days (and testing days) are not very helpful. If you did start charting temps a week ago and are preparing to ovulate then you should be able to catch the temperature shift that results from ovulation.
Edit: What do you mean by charting, are you charting CM only or temps as well? CM only indicates possible ovulation but cannot confirm it.
Test whenever you want to. But for pretty darn good results without full charting, I recommend testing the day of your longest cycle, then weekly after that.
I've Od as late as CD68, but I truly am irregular. 80 day cycle, 35 day cycle, 50 day cycle. That's irregular. 31, 35, and 38 isn't.
Since you just started charting this, keep going. Maybe you'll see a temp spike yet, then you'll know when you ovulated. If you don't see a spike, then test on CD38 (your longest cycle so far) if you haven't gotten your period.
Ok as long as I know it is possible to O in the 20s lol. I have started a chart on FF it is posted as one of my sigs i know there are a lot...but I only just started the BBT a week ago.
