I woke up with the beginning of a migraine, that steadily grew worse during the day, I think it is triggered by my progesterone support...I get them frequently, but have always been able to take meds, wich obviously I can't do now...anyone have any migraine relief suggestions?
With my last pregnancy I had perma-migraine. It was awful. Sadly it seems to be how this pregnancy is going to go as well. You can take Tylenol and, if you feel comfortable doing so, something with a little caffeine- dark chocolate, tea, or coffee.
I actually called my obgyn about this earlier, and her NP advised tylenol, coke, or even a cup of coffee.
I had a migraine for the last 36 hours but forced myself to go for a run this am. Migraine vanished post run, and the chai latte I had afterwards was quite refreshing. It's been a few hours and I'm still migraine free!
5 cycles of "TTC" - 3 intentional, 2 not so intentional. 5 BFPs. My rainbow arrived 10/15/14. TFMC 08.02.13 at 19+ weeks. Everyday I grieve for my little Olive.
