Ecos detergent users?

Does anyone use Ecos laundry detergent?

I had been using Planet but my grocery store doesn't carry it anymore, so I picked up a bottle of Ecos yesterday.  How much detergent do you use?  I noticed there is a line in the cap for HE washing machines, so I didn't know whether to fill it to that line (I do have an HE machine) or even less than that.  

I know the general consensus is to use about 1/4 of what you'd normally use, but if that's true for this detergent then I feel like I'd be using about 2 drops of detergent.  

Any thoughts?

    I use Ecos Free & Clear liquid. I usually fill up to line 1 or maybe a little over. I do a 2nd rinse with no detergent and haven't had any issues.
