So this is about my toddler, not the little guy. My daughter is 21 months. She has been coughing for over a week with no other cold symptoms, she has some allergies so I thought that was all it was. The last couple of days though, she coughs and tears run down her face. Sometimes she coughs so much she spits out this clear mucous looking stuff. Does that mean its in her lungs? I've been hesitant to go to the dr because they usually don't do anything, just recommend the humidifier and time, but obviously, if its in her lungs, I need to take her and I will. What do you think? To dr or not to dr?

"I will show you the kind of big sister I will be..."
You might want to at least call.
