Do you count from the day you got your BFP for weight or are you going by what you weighed at the first Dr's visit? It's only a 3 lb. difference for me but I like saying I've gained 13 lbs instead of 16 LOL.
I also started at the BFP. My Dr and I have an 11 pound difference.. that I'm not telling her about. But it makes it a personal goal to drop it after our LO is here!
My Dr goes by the date at my confirmation appt, which was at exactly 4 weeks. I had been in for my yearly about a month before that and had dropped 2 pounds in that month.

Ooh I hope my dr does that too!! I have been counting my starting weight as the weight I was right after my last missed period... I don't know why tho....
I hadn't been on a scale since before my wedding in May (and I know I put about 5 to 8 lbs on over the summer since I was done with the wedding diet), so I don't know exactly what my weight was for the BFP. I didn't get on a scale at home until I was 6 weeks pregnant and didn't see the doctor until I was 9.5 weeks along. I'm using my 6 week weight as a "starting point" knowing it could be off by a pound or so.
First Son - born 2013
Second Son - born 2014 - Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome (HLHS) and Double Outlet Right Ventricle (DORV). First open heart surgery at 5 days old. He's had 3 open heart surgeries and several other procedures and is currently doing amazing. Third Son - due June 9, 2018
I'm going by my last known weight before BFP. I didn't see my Dr until 8 weeks, and I usually weigh myself at home every other week.
Also, the difference between my scale & my dr's is 7 lbs, so I prefer to use my scale's weight. The only time I've ever used their weight was for the epidural, since I wasn't sure how accurate my scale at home was.

I use the weight at my first doctors appointment which was about 6w along, but it was only about 1lb more than my weight around my BFP so either way it doesn't really matter too much.
I started with my BFP. I've gained 11lbs in ~19 weeks, but my OB started weighing me 6 lbs into my pregnancy....so they weren't to happy with my apparent "lack" of weight gain.
I swear I eat a LOT! This kid is just using up all the extra calories.
My MFM goes from my first visit with him. Before that I was with my RE and since I had so much fluid from my OHSS i gained and lost around 14 pounds in that time, but it was bloat and fluid. I still had some fluid when I first saw the MFM. I also lost a good amound the first 12 weeks from m/s.
My MFM isnt super concerned about weight. I visably look a lot bigger than what the scale shows, but I think it doesnt show on the scale because I had a little extra to start out with.

BFP.
My weight has been very steady all my life, so any gain is because of my baby.
