Crib spinning???

I was forced to put LO to bed in her own room last night in her crib because the heat stopped working in my room. I woke up a few times to check her on the monitor and each time she had turned more until she woke up crying with her head against the rail after turning 270 degrees...wtf?! She was in her swaddle me blanket too!
