mobile: What will you pass down to LO?

I have my mothers ring and a pair of diamond earrings I will give to Ashley when she is older. I kept my wedding dress which I know she will probably think is ugly but just in case I am keeping it. Plus I used to put on my moms dress when I was kid and though it was so fun to wear. Have you guys thought about certain things you would like passed down?

Probably some jewelry and also my wedding dress and vail. I have my great grandmother's diamond engagement ring that will go to someone. My sister got all of my moms wedding stuff, it wasn't even offered to me so I feel like I gotta figure out how to make it fair between the two girls.
I also have a lot of Hallmark Christmas ornaments that they may or may not want.

Well I don't have a wedding dress. And now that I have two girls I'll have to be careful about jewelry. I have a necklace that was my grandmothers. Since Zoe was named after that grandmother I'm sure I'll give that to her. Now sure what I will give Emberlynn. DH bought me some awesome pearls overseas last deployment so I will pass those down. I have DH's high school ring and army ring we could pass down to sons if we have any. Other than that I'm really not sure.

I had my wedding dress made into my oldest daughter's baptism gown. I'm hoping there is enough material left to make one for this little one and I didn't toss the scraps when we sold the house two years ago.
I'm not someone who holds onto a lot so the girls will have Christmas ornaments and a tablecloth their great grandmother made me as a wedding gift... Not sure how it will get divided.

I have a sapphire ring that my Nana gave to me when I was little. My Papa gave her the sapphire early in their marriage and she had it reset for me (I got to pick out the setting). LIv will definitely get that. I also saved my wedding dress and veil but I'm sure she won't want that.

Our son will get my husband first expensive watch, his military metals, and my jewelry to give to his future wife or future daughter if we don't have a girl next time around.

MIL gave us DH's grandmother's opal ring to give to Nora when she is older. Even if we have more daughters, this ring is earmarked for N because she was born in October. We will also give N and any future daughters a black onyx ring for their 16 birthdays. The rings will be new to them. My mother got one and also gave me one.

MH and FIL are huge Beatles fans and both collect albums. We're talking 100s of $300+ collectors albums between the two of them. FILs will go to DH someday. They will all go to DS1. DS2 will get some antique toys my Dad played with as a kid and my grandmas dishes.

I have 3 rings to pass down, one is an Australian opal, one is a small single diamond, and the last was handmade by an art teacher. It is a rose with a big diamond as the flower part, and smaller diamonds as the leaves. The last ring was given to me by my dad and stepmom and the diamonds were taken from her first wedding band from my dad. The first 2 rings were from my mom on my 16th and 17th birthdays. I also have my moms wedding band from her 2nd marriage and my dads wedding band from when he and my mom were married.

I have various quilts and blankets made by my mom's aunt. I also have a quilt that was one of the last few my Granny made before her Alzheimer's got too bad for her to sew. We have the baby quilt Husband's grandmother made for him, and the baby blanket my mom made for me. Also, the dollhouse my favorite uncle made for me when I was 4. It's in her room already. We are big on family heirlooms in my family...or we just never throw anything away. LOL
