  I know you were asking about a DVD, but if you happen to have the xbox 360 with kinect, the zumba games are really good, and they have different lengths and intensities.

  Just got the Zumba exhilarate program and I love it! It's 5 DVDs and available at bed bath and beyond so can get the 20% off.

  I saw this post the other day and I went today and bought the DVD set. (Had gift cards from Christmas and 20% off coupon!) I really like it so far! The instructional video helps a lot and I could tell I was getting a work out just from it. I did a little bit of that DVD and then did about 3 songs from the Activate video. I stopped an hour ago and can still feel it in my abs!
