I'm a FTM, but remember every pg is different. You could have an AP which will make it harder even though you know what to pay attention for. I hope you feel your LO soon. Can you check HB with a doppler?
With DD I felt movement around week 16 (as soon as m/s finally let up). It was only flutters. I felt my first hard kick at 18wks. With this pregnancy I'm 14wks and have thought I felt flutters (though it may be gas because it's only a couple times per day). I think it can depend on a lot of differing variables like position of the baby, size of the baby, fluid amounts, etc. For example my SIL hardly felt her DD because her baby was positioned in the back of the uterus sunny-side up! Her ribs hurt a lot! My sister felt her DD early and all the time because her's was at the front of the uterus, head down. I didn't feel my DD move as much because I had polyhydramnios so the movement I felt was muted. I know it can be worrisome, but I really think you and your sweet baby are fine. Give it a little more time, but double check with your OB at your next appointment just to be safe!
I felt it at 14w with DD but didn't know for sure until 16w. I had an anterior placenta BUT I also have a tilted forward ute. So I can find the hb super easy on the doppler and feel movement pretty early. I'm 13w now, but measuring about a week ahead and I'm almost positive I've been feeling teeny movements here and there.
A lot of moms don't feel anything until closer to 18 or 20w. Hang in there!
Someone on my BMB commented the other day that with her first she felt movement 2 weeks earlier than she did with her second. I wish I could find that post to link it for you.
I really thought I would feel this one a lot sooner than DS but it wasn't really that different. I felt DS at 19w and with this one I started feeling tiny little inconsistent movements at about 18 weeks. If I didn't know what I was feeling for, I think I probably would have missed them. So, for me, it was about the same. I hope you feel something soon. I know how nerve wracking it can be!
