when did you start brushing dc's teeth everyday wtih some sort of toothpaste? what kind did you use? thanks!

    I started brushing with the Oral-B baby toothpaste w/o floride when she had 2 teeth.  She was right around 6 1/2 months old.

    As soon as we started brushing with a toothbrush, we used the infant toothpaste, then moved up to the toddler toothpaste after that. It has stuff that is different than an adult toothpaste, since most can't spit at that young of an age.

    I don't remember how old DS was when we started using toothpaste, but we use the Oral-B toddler toothpaste.

    We started brushing we he got his first tooth, but didn't use toothpaste until he really, really fought getting his teeth brushed. He was probably around 16 months when we started using the Oral-B without fluoride.

    As soon as she got her first tooth. We used and still use the baby/toddler toothpaste.
