Think I may be pregnant?

Hi everyone!

So I think I may be pregnant. My period is late, and I'm pretty sure  I may have had some implantation bleeding last night. I was super worried about it at first but now I'm a little bit excited at the possibility. The plan was to starting ttc in about 10 months to a year so this was a bit unexpected. My confusion is that I have not yet had a positive test. Out of the 6 I have taken. should I retest in a few days to see if the HGC starts to add up after implantation?

    I agree with PP.  Try again in a week.  Keep testing every week until CD60 and if AF still doesn't arrive go see your doctor.

    If you just had implantation bleeding then your body isn't producing enough hormones to make a test postive yet. I would wait about 4 to 5 days at least and then take another test. Good luck!!

    Hi, are your cycles regular? Have you calculated how many dpo you have? I think you should first figure that out before trying to get another pregnancy test.

    False negatives are completely possible this early! Wait 5 to 7 days, if AF doesn't come take another test. Good luck!

    I missed my period and took a test which was negative, so I began taking my BC pills again thinking my cycle must be of. A month later STILL no period. I never had any implantation bleeding or any other signs. I took another test about a month after the first one and got a +. When I went in for my OB appt I was already 10 weeks which means when I took the first test I was only 2-3 weeks pregnant. It IS possible to have a false negative because it's too early to tell. I'd call your doctor too. Sometimes their tests are able to detect pregnancy earlier than the home tests.
