My LO has a tooth!!

My sweet little boy has a bottom tooth actually erupting. I've been seeing a white spot on the gum and at his drs appt on Thursday, I asked the ped if he saw anything and he said no. Well, today I was feeling his gums and felt the tooth, it is only the very top of the tooth, but it is definitely there. I feel so bad for him because you can tell that he is in pain from it. I gave him Tylenol earlier and that helped, but he keeps waking up screaming, I give him his paci and he's fine.

Anyone else have a tooth coming in?

    Yep, he has two coming in. The first one poked up a month ago and the second poked up two weeks later on his four month day. So far it's still just the tips poking up.

    I'm pretty sure one of DD's top teeth is poking through. When I let her chew on my finger, I can feel it if she bites a certain way. She won't let me see so I haven't been able to confirm yet.

    Yes, he has at least 6 that we know of, it has been so rough for him. There are 2 where I see a white bump and red spot where it looks like they will break through.

    One of Charlotte's bottom teeth started to poke through a few days ago. We've given her tylenol twice but she seems ok. She's wearing an amber teething necklace and I really think that's helping her. :)

    This kid is teething like crazy! Thank God for teething tablets. We can see white under his bottom guns but nothing is poking through yet.

    DD has one breaking through! We've been giving her Tylenol and cold teething rings.

    Ds bottom gums are inflamed from time to time, but no teeth have broke through yet!

    Leo has both of his bottom front teeth. Another one coming through up top and I think his bottom canines will be out any day now. It's crazy, my other boys didn't get teeth till they were at least six months old.
