I saw a newborn today

I saw a newborn today. He was so tiny. It made me realize just how big my baby has grown in the last 12 weeks. Its fun watching her learn new things, but sad that she is already growing up.

    the only thing I miss is all the naps she used to take. The photos are cute but I love every day she gets more interactive - can't wait until she can talk until we get to the I HATE YOU MOM phase :)

    Today my 2 year old sang Jingle Bells all by himself and I said to my H, "Wow, and when he was 3 months old I thought he was getting so fun! This is amazing!"  So it does just keep getting better and better

    Im with you. I love every stage for different reasons, but i get sad thinking about how much things change so quickly. Today i realized that lo is 9 weeks old and not 8 and that he rarely stays balled up like a pill bug when i pick him up anymore. Oh, and his goat noises have decreased drastically. All the more reason to record every...single...moment.

    I love watching her develop and learn new things, but I also miss the little newborn stage when all she would do is snuggle and sleep.

    It's incredible how much they change quickly.  I have pictures of LO swimming in his 3 month pajamas and now he's filling out quite quickly size 6 months pajamas.  He's not my "little" baby anymore :(
