during her sessions, DD's PT has been standing her up with a push walker. When H and I were there on Monday, we got to see her actually move it she took about half a step before starting to topple. Then her PT took her by the upper arms and stood behind her. She let DD lead with only a little prod to the tushy to remind her to move. The PT didn't force the movement and DD did a couple of steps.
During our observed Feeding Therapy session, DD took pieces of a cheese sandwich and tried getting them in her mouth. And at dinner last night, she got her carrot stick with ranch dressing in her mouth and her eyes popped open at the taste. We might be on our way to some self feeding!
