My younger DD was never sick as an infant, in fact she didn't get sick for the first time until 14 months old. My DD2 has been battling a cold for 8 days now and last night she cried all night long. She never cries for anything and is very laid back. Today she's been slightly cranky. Her temp was 100 about 1 hr ago and then she felt warmer so I took it again and it's 100.5. I gave her Tylenol about 30 min ago and it isn't going down.
Fever in an infant is new to me. At what point would you call the doctor or bring her in?

I'd wait until Monday unless it gets up over 102 or lasts longer than 48 hours.
