S/o medicine

I saw this cup on a website awhile back. It was designed by a pediatrician. Sorry I can't make it clicky. https://www.amazon.com/Sippy-Sure-Medicine-Dispensing-Green/dp/B004D46IFA

Re: S/o medicine

  • My child loves medicine. I realize how lucky I am. She also likes her nose aspirated. She's kind of strange.

  • Mine does too. I added the cup to my Pinterest in case I'm not so lucky with new baby.
  • I give them medicine in either a medicine cup from the pharmacy or a little plastic shot glass. Aside from when Lo was on reflux medicine they very rarely get any kind of medicine so it's not a huge deal.

My kids don't love taking medicine but they don't give me a problem because from the very first time I had to give them something, I was all business. I let them watch me shake and fill the syringe and then just put it their mouth and shoot it in. Now that they require 5ml I just shoot it in batches. I never did a song and dance. I never reacted if they made a face or gagged. It's just something they know they have to do. Plus they get dropper vitamins daily so they're used to the process.

This is us too. Plus my DS had MAJOR issue as an infant was given a ton of meds over that year so they both know the process.
