Hi ladies,

I'm on vacation out of state and realized I left my son's Nystatin cream at home. He still has some remaining rash. Anyone have any ideas / recommendations for otc or other types of treatments??

When my DD had a yeast infection we did the generic of lotromin on her, then a layer of vasoline. We used it for 2-3 days after the rash disappeared.
