Tonight we are going to all sit down and lay everything on the table. 

That being said he more than likely won't even want to stay once I say what needs to be said.

but I really am over the relationship. and everything about it. and even my mom (who wont say anything to HIM) says he's been slacking and hasn't done a thing with the baby.

    I would sit him down and tell him when he can visit his child and ask him his plans to support her.

    Don't let him manipulate you into staying with him. Tell him to leave and that if his daughter is important to him, you expect him to continue the relationship with her and contribute financially. You will be able to think more clearly if he is not living with you. You can do this.

    I too think moving on would be best for you and L. I had Lexie when I was 17 and Logan was born 15 months later. I met my husband two years after that. You can do it alone Shelby because sometimes alone is better than any other alternative. Sometimes you just need to take that first big step before you can see what is really out there waiting for you. Good luck!
