Beyond exhausted

I am so tired and I really do not know how to cope anymore. Between being back at work, DS's nighttime nursing regression, and the fact that he doesn't usually go to bed until midnight and I have to be awake at 6:15 (with a good 3-4 wake-ups) I am seriously running on empty. This is a pretty consistent thing with him and I don't know how to change his schedule or mine. I seriously wish I didn't need sleep at all. I know most of you ladies are probably exhausted too. Please share your strategies for getting through life on little to no sleep. I think I may go crazy.

Re: Beyond exhausted

  • Have you tried moving bedtime schedule to no later than 8? I couldn't imagine A staying up til midnight. He would be a nightmare! He sleeps better through the night if he goes to bed early.

Might be worth a shot. I think Kiki moved bedtime up to 8 for her little guy a few weeks ago. Maybe ask her about how she made the transition.

because I am right there with you.

Ds goes to sleep around 8pm and gets up for the day at 530. (I need to be at work by 7am).  He is up usually 6 or so times per night.
