I'm just wondering oh long my incision will be sore for? Even when I wear loose-fitting sweatpants or maternity pants, it's very tender after only a few hours.

Mine hasn't been sore since about 6 weeks. However, it is still numb and I think the feeling is starting to come back in stabbing pains every now and then.
Hmmm this is weird. Did you have any infections or any complications with the incision? Mine hasnt been sore since around 8 to 9 weeks PP. The only time I ever feel discomfort in it is when I sneeze. It sends a burning sensation across the incision. Or when DS stands on it because I have numbness that goes about an inch around my insicion so it feels weird to touch.
If its actually painful maybe you should call your OB.

I had this problem after my c/s with DD. it turned out to be interstitial cystitis which is scar tissue around the bladder. I was in extreme pain until they for it figured our and got me on a daily med along with a diet change. I had to limit spicy foods, carbonation, caffeine, and alcohol. Knock on wood it has been much better so far this time around. I have been able to eat/drink what I want and haven't bad to start my mess back yet. I had one flare u which I took some azo dine for and have had no more issues.
Mine is still numb, so no pain. It is slightly tender, but pants haven't bothered me since maybe 6 weeks. Ive heard the tenderness/numbness can last a couple years.
