~~~***Remembering FullHeartMama's baby girl Ansley, born 11/4/12: She is not forgotten!***~~~
Occasionally we will do some housekeeping and remove people who we have not heard from in over 4 weeks. If you notice that you've been removed and would like to be re-added, no problem! Simply re-post your info here. Just trying to keep our list up-to-date.
So, any updates? What's on your mind this week? How are you doing mentally/physically this week?
GTKY: Looking on the positive side, what's been the best thing about bed rest?
  • Updates: Had a growth scan today and baby A is measuring 3lbs 6oz and baby B is measuring a bit larger at 4lbs. We made it to 32 weeks?7weeks in the hospital. It's been a long road and we have a bit more to go (hope to make it to at least 34 weeks).
    GTKY: Best thing about bed rest was not having to decide where to go for the holidays and disappointing anyone. Hubby and my family had to come to us and made it less stressful, even if it was celebrated in the hospital. :)
    Last week I was taken off bed rest, but wasn't really allowed to do anything. Now I have influenza and put back on bed rest because I am run down apparently. I am supposed to go back to work in two weeks and I'm very nervous how my body will handle it since I got so sick from doing basically nothing.
     Best thing about bed rest? I'm still pregnant!
    Aw! I'm so sorry you've got the flu and are back on bed rest! T&Ps that you get better quickly!
  • Hi ladies!  Hope everyone is well.
     I hit 34w today and I'm so happy about that!  I had an appointment today and OB said that 37w is the absolute latest they are going to let me go.  It's nice to know what the absolute endpoint is and that we will be meeting DS in three weeks or less.  (But hoping it is 37w exactly!!!)
    GTKY: I agree with PP, still being pregnant! :)
          DS1: Quinn - 10.22.10 and DS2: Cole - 01.18.13
  • Hey ladies, new here :)
    Due date: 3/13
    Team blue: Connor
    Modified bedrest allowed out of bed for meals, to couch/chair and one outing a day as long as I'm going somewhere to sit.
    Went into PTL at 27.3 weeks, spent 5 days in the hospital and have been on Iand Procardia since. I will be here till at least 34 weeks. While in the hospital, they found a marginal cord insertion problem as well so I have to be monitored by MFM every two weeks. I have had two previous losses, I have Factor V Leiden and MTHFR so I'm gloriously high risk all around ;)
    The best part about bedrest is a toss up between watching my husband clean and getting dinner brought over by my SIL. It is emotionally difficult for me to be away from work (neonatal RN) but DH is being a real trooper through all of this so far and I'm really lucky that he's so supportive.
