Heading in for my induction

Wish me luck! Only 2 cm and baby is high, but really praying it goes well. It is time for baby to come out anyway as my blood pressure went up today!

    Good luck! I was induced at 40w4d also had her 39 hours later!

    Thanks everyone. Baby decided to scare us with some big heart decelerAtions within 20 min of being monitored. We almost ended up with an emergency csection. Baby improved just before they made the final call. The on call doc decided not to do cervidil at all and just watch baby overnight. All has been fine so I will start pitocin in an hour or so. It has been impossible to sleep so I am hoping to keep my stamina. I am also worried because they made me go on an IV after my scare and I am looking very puffy. At least I know I will meet baby soon.

    OP, my LO was really high (-2) when I was induced, and she managed to drop to a +1 before I started pushing, so hopefully yours will do the same or better. Best wishes.
