Lo's feet are swollen and purple

This afternoon me and LO went for a walk using our new snugly. After our walk I changed him and noticed his feet looked swollen and his left foot is a little red/purple, I wasn't too concerned at that point, but it's been 5 hours since I noticed it and its still there. Anyone else experience this?? I'm really worried and plan on calling my doctor in the am.

I would definitely take LO in asap just to be safe. That would concern me too. Let us know what happens.
