Won't sleep more than 2 hrs at a time

Hi there! My DD is 7 months and within the last month has begun to only nap longer than 30 minutes of held.
At night she only sleeps 2 hrs at a time. She was sleeping 56. Not sure what has her up so often. Any advice on getting her back to longer sleep intervals ?

    As babies become more active and aware, it gets harder for them to sleep. Sleep training did wonders for DD
    We did the Sleep Easy Solution.
