The stats! The birthday!

So, the Christmas Eve birthday was again chaotic and I tried to do too much. Hopefully by next year, I will finally come to my senses. First, the stats:
Our well visit was yesterday, and as expected, DS is in the 95% (or did she say over 95%?? No matter...) for height and weight. 37.5 inches and 34 lbs. That puts him at an estimated 6'3" for his adult height, though I think he'll be taller. I had a laugh when the nurse directed us to the infant scale and I thought, "Really??" I said, "I think he's too big for this scale...how high does it go?" "35 lbs." Ummmm....as I shook my head. She put him on the kid scale instead. LOL! My baby boy in a big boy body!
Now for the 0-1-2:

Oh Strunella! He used to be so sweet and little and babyish. And now in his 2 year photo he's so grown up and you can see hints of the teenager and young man he'll become.

Ha...yeah, people are usually surprised when I say he's just 2. He can still wear some 2T, but he's mostly in 3T. Shoes are size NINE!
