TTC come on in...

So I recently decided not to go back on BCP and am trying to get more familiar with my cycle. I just had my first PP AF last month and was due for my second on Christmas Day, it came early but then stopped after 12 hours, weird! So now I am trying to figure out what or if I should even consider that as CD 1? Has anyone had experience with a short AF? I did take a test in was negative, but just wondering if it is normal to have such a short period??? I really want to get started on number 2!!! Any advice would be awesom!

    I am not TTC but I did notice my PP AF are way shorter than they were before I got pregnant with Gator. Before Gator, it was heavy for three to four days and then slowed down AD tapered off by day seven to nine. I wasn't on BC. After Gator, it's like one heavy day followed by two medium days....and then just stops. I am not on BC an have had my AF back for a year now and it is always on schedule. So I haven't had one that lasted 12 hours, but mine are very different than pre pregnancy.

    I had some weird spotting and breakthrough bleeding after getting my PP AF, even being on BCP. After stopping BCP, my periods are definitely lighter, though much longer than 12 hours. I'm all messed up.
    Are you temping? Did you O during that cycle? If so, what day? Andnbsp;how many DPOnbsp;did you get the 12 hour AF?

    We just decided to try so I haven't done any of that! I was planning on just getting familiar with my cycles and see how it goes but I never expected my cycle to be so messed up! Before having B my periods were 3 days so I am used to light, short periods but never 12 hours! Ugh, I am hoping if I give it a month or two it'll start regulating soon. I am hoping it is just my hormones leveling out...

    My first PP was like that : I just checked my charts to confirm: I had a light day and then spotted. Then I didn't get another period until 2 months later and it was pretty light. Only until recently have my periods really regulated. I also chart on fertility friend and love it. So crazy how much you know about your body when you know what to look for.
