Feeling Especially Bitter Today (pg mentioned)

I've been doing really well the past couple of weeks - not nearly as angry and bitter as normal. Today, not so much. I think it might have something to do with my pg co-worker talking about things and that I'm angry at my pg SIL for so whiny about her pg. We are also spending New Year with a pg couple and some other friends and I'm just bitter about all of it. Was it really so much to ask that one of my 5 past pregnancies turned into our miracle baby? Super Angry

No real reason to this post. Just had to vent about it.


TTC since April 2010
BFP #1 – March 2011, missed m/c April 2011
BFP #2 – October 2011, m/c November 2011
Surprise BFP #3 – December 2011, diagnosed as cornual, terminated January 2012
BFP #4 – June 2012, m/c July 2012
Diagnosed with bicornuate ute and MTHR gene mutation
BFP #5 – October 2012, missed m/c November 2012
BFP #6 – January 2013, m/c March 2013
No longer TTC. Diagnosis: Hostile ute. Heartbroken and bitter. Pursuing surrogacy.
June 2013 - Carrier found! Could this really happen?!

    IF testing, RPL testing, Autoimmune testing = all normal
    So lost.

    sorry hon. i understand, i *thought* i was doing fine until i read a pg announcement this morning about a former student. her mom posted "went to sono appointment and IT'S A BOY!!" it was like a kick in the ute. she is 20 and all i could think was "it's not fair" ((((((hugs))))))

    To the bolded: this made me laugh out loud. Thanks Red Big Smile I'm usually a fan of the expression of "that blows monkey balls," but donkey balls are much bigger and better suited to the way I'm feeling today, I think!

    So sorry to hear. I have a bunch of preggo friends right now and I am not quite able to see them. It hurts too bad.
    My hubby and I have been together since 2008. Married 5 years in Dec. DX with PCOS and annovulatory hypothalamus. TTC for baby #2 for 10 months BFP on May 29th 2015

    I won't say how much I now know about whale testicles after doing this completely useless research, but "right whales" (which I've never heard of before), have the largest testicles of any animal, weighing in at a TON each.  (source link, for anybody super interested in whale balls)

    So, sammer, the universe sucks right whale balls.  Doesn't have the same ring to it is donkey balls, or even elephant balls, though :P

    So sorry dear. It is pretty awful being around pg people all of the time! I have two pg co-workers who are not even excited about being a mom. Blah!
