I geared up to O, the cm was right and I had some spotting.  Then, out of nowhere I got a terrible stomach virus.  I was certain I o'ed during the virus (cm, spotting but obv could rely on temp as it was 102). Then all signs went to non fertile (cervix, cm). 

 

Red blood tinged ECM today. Has any actually delayed O due to illness?

    Illness can delay O. So maybe.

    I have had delayed ovulation due to medications I took for my illness, but it's possible to ovulate later for no discernible reason at all.

    That said, having EWCM now doesn't mean you didn't ovulate. Lots of women have fertile CM throughout their cycle. Did your temps stay up after your fever subsided?

    No. They dropped back down to preo temps well slightly higher than 5 but considerably lower than 5 as well. Ill link my chart but its stupid because it has. Huge dotted line due to illness. I didn't fill in opks out of laziness but they have been negative across the board.
