My ovaries are idiots.

Really? You decide it's cool to start ovulating 8 weeks after LO was born? You think it would be fun to be due within days of LO's due date? AND you timed it so my supply would drop right before Thanksgiving and again right before Christmas so I could have a freaked out, hungry, wants to eat every hour baby for two major holidays in a row?!

Not cool, ovaries, not cool.

[FYI, I read on kellymom that calcium and magnesium supplements can help with a cycle related supply dip. I'm trying it this cycle.]

    I haven't had my first PP AF yet but I'm not looking forward to a supply dip. I haven't heard about the calcium and magnesium, that's interesting!

    My body appears to be ovulating now too. This is almost exactly when I got pg with dd. It's crazy that it lined up again.

    Ovaries are dumb. Mine have done the same thing. Ive already had two death bleed periods. I started taking a calcium/magnesium supplement every day a couple weeks ago and noticed a difference in my supply right away. Also, calcium/magnesium before bed helps you to sleep. It's a magic sleeping pill.

    AF came to visit for Christmas here and so far has been a lot worse cramp wise than before DS. If it you makes you feel better AF came 4 weeks after having DS.

    I was super lucky in the sense that AF came 10 weeks after having LO. It wasn't horrible but the cramping sucked the first couple days. 2nd AF came 1.5 weeks go and I'm still bleeding...really? #Longestperiodever

    I had my first pp period too and actually ovulated on Christmas Eve lol we were going to try and conceive again but DH worked too late lol maybe tmi!

    dude.  all of my pre-preg periods were 10 days long.
