So I am trying to decide if I want to get the Clearblue Fertility Monitor. It is 33% off right now so I am tempted but it still isn't cheap. If you have it, is it worth the price?
I don't have this but a good friend of mine swears by it! She got KU her first cycle trying and says it was the monitor that did it. She had a really unusual ovulation though so, I don't know if it'd be as worth it if you're pretty normal and can see from charting and opk's when you ovulate already.

Charting doesn't work well for me because I wake up so much at night.
I have one and I love it!! With my 3 pregnancies (2 ended in MC), I got pregnant within 2 cycles of using it. For me, it's totally worth it. I'll be pulling it out again after this cycle.
Started TTC #1 08/2010
BFP #1 12/14/2010 EDD 8/24/2011, D&C due to blighted ovum 01/27/2011
BFP #2 05/02/2011 EDD 1/10/2012, MC at 4W2D 05/04/2011
Diagnosed with homozygous C677T MTHFR - Lovenox shots while TTC
BFP #3 08/01/2011 EDD 04/07/2012, DD born 03/29/2012
Started TTC #2 12/2012 on Arixtra due to Lovenox/heparin allergy
BFP #1 03/19/2013 EDD 11/24/2013, MC at 5W 3/24/2013
I just started using it but like it so far. Just be aware for your first cycle using it, it will give you high fertility days right away as it is adjusting to your hormone levels. Once the monitor has been used for a few months it will become accustomed to your cycles.
I wake up often in the night and get up to pee at least once. Because of that, temping is all over the place. I plan to use the CBEFM and also use OPKs on high & peak fertility days.
I have it, but I have never used it. If I didn't get pregnant with DS I was going to use it the following cycle. If I do not get pregnant this cycle I'm considering using it next cycle. Not only is the monitor expensive, but the test sticks are super expensive too.
