Acne/bumps around mouth?

My LO was recently placed on antibiotics for a double ear infection.  She has been on them for almost a week now but 2 days ago I noticed she is getting little red bumps around the left side of her mouth.  I looked inside of her mouth and there are no signs of thrush but I was concerned this was a yeasty rash from the meds?  I also thought that maybe the meds were coming out of her mouth and getting on her face causing her to breakout.  Any one else deal w/ this?  I put aquaphor on it last night to see if it helped but it didn't yet.  Thanks!

    It doesn't look good.  I'm not sure if hers if from the drooling.  She's already cut both bottom teeth and doesn't appear to have the amount of drool that she had before those came through. She was also put on Albuterol for wheezing....isn't that a steroid? Can THAT cause acne?
