Stroller Recommendations

This is my first post in the bump community boards I am 10 weeks pregnant and begun researching strollers and am learning that finding the perfect stroller is so difficult! Maybe what I am looking for does not exist? Does anyone have any recommendations? Ideally I would like a stroller that:

a.) is easy to fold and lift in and out of a car

b.) is all terrain (i.e. light jogging, hiking, etc)

c.) a stroller where you do not have to buy every accessory separately

d.) under $500

Is this realistic? Or should I be looking into buying two separate strollers?
