It's actually more like 16, but ditto the PP.. your body will tell you when it's time. I slept on my left side so much when I was pregnant that I still have trouble sleeping any other way now.
I've also heard 16 weeks. ?Also, I also heard "your body will tell you when it's no longer good" but mine never did...even at 40 weeks I slept soundly on my back, much as I tried to stay on my side. ?Body pillows help.

can't sleep on your back after 16 week and left side is best. I still sleep on both sides, spending most of the night on my left side and then switching somewhere in early morning.?
I just read in YPWBW that at 16 weeks you should try not to sleep on your back anymore. Since I hit 16 weeks on Friday, it has been quite a chore to get comfortable since I tend to fall asleep on my side, but wake up on my back.
I am going to ask my dr at my appt tomorrow though.

I am such a stomach sleeper but im trying to stay on my side. So its still okay to sometimes be on my stomach?

Ironic that I can sleep on my stomach but not my back ?!
