I take a prenatal yoga at the Carondelet YMCA in South City. It's a short session, and I think the new session starts in mid-December (or maybe January?) It's great.
I've been going for the past 5 weeks to a prenatal yoga class at Big Bend Yoga with Maria Carella. She is a wonderful person and instructor, and yesterday I signed up for another 8 week class. She has a Tuesday PM and a Sunday class schedule, (next Sun class starts on Jan 27) here's the link https://www.mariacarella.com/yoga.shtml
Here the website from the place I took my prenatal yoga and plan to take my afterbirth yoga as well. the Mommy and me class, which you do yoga with your newborn.
Its a wonderful place. 6 sessions costs about 90 dollars. My teacher was even 9 months pregnant while teaching the class. Its wonderful because they help you learn proper positions and don't expect you to something that hurts or leave you shaking because you can;t balance.
One woman in my class even had scoliosis and they helped her do proper positions without hurting her back.
The place is peaceful and they even offer a free try out class sometimes if you want to test drive it first, before you sign up.
