Tomorrow we do his family. It's so stupid that they are starting so late, but it's still fun. Which reminds me, I need to figure out a cheap and yummy side dish or appetizer to take. Hopefully it won't be too awkward with the issues we've been having with some of his side.
Christmas day we hang out at home until about 2, then head to my mom's house. We do family time and presents and an early dinner. Then around 5 it's open house over there and it's a big bash.
Today we have Church ( depending on Bo), the Broncos game, and turkey dinner with my H's family! We made a spicy cranberry cream cheese dip and are bringing the turkey to fry! It should be a long day! But I am looking forward to playing cards, eating, and probably drinking some of Nana's eggnog

Christmas Eve: I am getting a massage in the morning, then finishing up some grocery shopping, and making my famous mexican feast! Green Chile, Chile meat (pork in a spicy red sauce), spanish rice, beans, and tamales! We have a ton of christmas cookies to lay out for dessert, but I am picking up a mini dessert tray from the bakery that did Bo's birthday cake!
ILs said they might stop by sooo I am excited to eat, wrap gifts, and take lots of video of Bo the night before Santa comes!
Christmas: Opening gifts! I have been doing the happy dance for a month now hiding the mini cooper from Bo! he is going to LOVE it!
After gifts we will shower get ready give Bo a little something to eat and then head to the ILs' for lunch! This should be very interesting as my BIL's baby mama is back in the picture and BIL#2's princess will be in town! I predict after the 3rd day with H's family we will be getting home quick! We decided to make a Pot roast for dinner...and keep things simple for Christmas night. Something about that seems so right, yet so wrong!
HAPPY HOLIDAYS!! Looks like mine are full of eating and yep, eating!! I hear a cleanse calling my name!
Ps... We'll be watching the same game but.. GO BROWNS! Lol
Today, my Bff is coming over to watch the Steelers game with us. We haven't seen him in forever, so it should be a nice visit. After A goes to bed, I am going to make my grandmother's raisin cookie recipe for my dad and uncle and some brownies. I usually make 12 different kinds of cookies, but I just don't have it in me this year.
Tomorrow, we are going to my sister's at 2 to open gifts with just my immediate family. The rest of the insane relatives come at 4. Dinner at 5:30, gifts with extended family after. Hoping to get out of there at 7:30, which is already an hour after A's bed time, and we have an hour drive home.
Tuesday, we are going to have to do a speed Christmas morning so DH can go to church, then his parents are coming up at noon. He's making a turkey dinner (actually lunch) for them (same as Thanksgiving). Hoping they'll be gone by 4.
Today we are going to MIL's side of the family Christmas gathering.
Christmas Eve we are going to church and then to Mitch's aunts for a white elephant gift exchange.
Christmas Day = home!!!! We are headed to KS the day after for a few days.

Yesterday we went to DH's aunt's house to see some people on his dad's side if the family. Last night we went to our neighbor's Christmas party.
Today is my friend's son's first birthday party.
Tomorrow I work 73 an then we're going to MIL's for dinner and then to DH's best friend's parents for ther Christmas Eve party. It's also DH's friends daughter's birthday an they had a new baby that we haven't seen yet.
Christmas morning at our house, off to MIL's in the afternoon and for dinner. MIL's side of the family on the 26th.
Thursday and Friday I have to work. Saturday is my friend's housewarming party. Sunday my mom is coming down. New Year's Eve we have no plans yet. New Year's Day will hopefully be a resting day and then back to work on the 2nd.
Phew! I'm tired already.
Today is my oldest's birthday, so the marathon begins now!
He's opening presents soon and then I guess going to an arcade? And a movie (one parent will stay home with LO) and out to dinner. And there will also be cake!
Tomorrow I'll be finishing up gifts, starting to cook for Christmas dinner. We go to church at 4 and my mom's after that for a fun dinner and gifts.
Christmas morning at my house is probably my fave event of the year! A mountain of gifts under the tree, stuffed stockings, and clementines EVERYWHERE. Santa brings us dozens and they make a trail from the top of the steps down to the presents and all among them and in the stockings
We eat sausage casserole, cinn rolls, coffee, juice, fruit salad and....clementines.
Christmas afternoon, my SIL and her family will come over for gifts and lunch/snacks, chili cheese dip, veggies, chips/salsa, cheese platter and meatballs. Also my MIL and DH's grandparents will come for dinner. I'm making a FEAST. Ham (from Honeybaked), potatoes, broc/cheese/rice, green bean casserole, cranberries, salad, 2 pies, cookies. Yeah for being pregnant at Christmas! It all tastes better when I'm pregnant!
Tomorrow we go to FIL's for the night for Christmas with FIL, SMIL, SIL and BIL.
Sunday after breakfast we leave FIL's and head to DH's grandmother's to celebrate with MIL. Then we head home to open our presents.
Christmas Eve: my grandmas for a light dinner and time with my uncle and his family. We will leave early to go to MIL's for her Christmas Eve (just her kids.) we will open the gifts that we have for each other.
Christmas day: brunch at my grandma's, open gifts. Then home& , nap for the baby. Dinner at 6 at GMIL's with the whole IL family. We sponsored a family instead of gifts, but the LOs will still have stuff to open that night.

Christmas Day: Opening gifts in the morning and breakfast at my parents. Going to H's grandparents in the afternoon to take them their gifts. Early night I have to be at work at 5am on 12/26.
